If any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

- Messages you send us: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.

- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We aim to respond within one month.
If you have concerns about our handling of your data, you can lodge a complaint with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
